I think the service is really great. Unfortunately, the boot did not fit me, but I got it exchanged & refunded quickly. I am really satisfied.

Woow, my boots were on sale and I really mean sale :-) The service was top-notch, and even though I ordered in the middle of the Christmas holiday, it did not take long before the purchase was completed and my boots were on their way :-) And they are so lovely, so complete satisfaction from here :-) Happy New Year :-)
