I think the service is extremely good. Unfortunately, the boot did not fit me - but I got it exchanged & received my money back - quickly. I am extremely satisfied.

Woow, then my boots were on sale and I really mean sale :-) The service was top-notch, and even though I ordered in the middle of the Christmas holidays, it did not take long before the purchase was completed and my boots were on their way :-) And they are so lovely, so complete satisfaction from me :-) Happy New Year :-)
