Return Policy:
When you shop at Cashott, we want your shoe purchases to be a source of joy and satisfaction. If you regret your purchase, we make the return process as hassle-free as possible. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items. If you wish to report a fault with an item, please contact us before returning it.
 
Return Conditions:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive the shoes. We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with Cashott. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it. You bear the risk for the items from the time when you receive them.
 
Requirements for Returned Items:
You are liable for any deterioration of the item's value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's type, characteristics, and function. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. The item must be returned in the original shoebox; otherwise, this will be considered a deterioration of the item.
 
Complaints:
If you have a complaint, please always contact Cashott before returning the item. Send an email to info@cashott.dk with the proof of purchase, a description of the complaint, and pictures of any faults or defects. We will then assess whether the complaint is justified.
 
Sweden:
The return handling fee is SEK 59. This will be deducted from your refund amount. We ask for your understanding as there is a lot of manual handling associated with a return, and our colleagues in the warehouse are very careful.

Return Procedure:
  1. Fill out the attached return form with the reason for the return (we greatly appreciate this).
  2. Pack the item securely, possibly in the original shipping bag.
  3. Attach the enclosed return label.
  4. Return the item to: Cashott, Hydrovej 1, DK-6270 Tønder. Please note, we do not accept packages without direct delivery or packages sent as cash on delivery.

 
Netherlands, Belgium & Poland:
The return handling fee is €8. This will be deducted from your refund amount. We ask for your understanding as there is a lot of manual handling associated with a return, and our colleagues in the warehouse are very careful.

Not from Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, or Poland?
If you wish to return your order or parts thereof, the procedure is slightly different as we unfortunately do not have an agreement with a return handling service in these countries. The rules and policies for: Return Policy, Return Conditions, Requirements for Returned Items, and Complaints are of course the same, but the procedure is different as you choose your preferred shipping company and cover the costs yourself:

Answer: If unexpectedly there is no return label included, you can download a return label HERE.

Question: Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Answer: Yes you certainly can, as long as the item or size is available, just write to customer service at info@cashott.dk and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Question: What do I do if my package does not include a return form?
Answer: In the unlikely event that a return form is not included, you can download a return form HERE.
