Sweden:
The return shipping cost is SEK 59. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as processing returns involves significant manual work and our warehouse colleagues handle each return with great care.

Return Procedure:

1.    Register your return online and download your QR code for your return label at our return portal:

2.    Pack the item securely; you are welcome to reuse our shipping box/bag.

3.    Remove or cover any old labels on the package. Then drop off your parcel at the nearest GLS parcel shop by presenting your QR code.
Note: We do not accept parcels without direct delivery or parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Netherlands, Belgium & Poland:
The return shipping cost is €8. This amount will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding, as returns involve a significant amount of manual handling, and our warehouse colleagues take great care in processing them.

Not from Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, or Poland?
If you wish to return your order or parts thereof, the procedure is slightly different as we unfortunately do not have an agreement with a return handling service in these countries. The rules and policies for: Return Policy, Return Conditions, Requirements for Returned Items, and Complaints are of course the same, but the procedure is different as you choose your preferred shipping company and cover the costs yourself:

3.    Choose your preferred shipping company and ship the parcel to us by covering the cost of returning the parcel yourself.

Return Policy:
When you shop at Cashott, we want your shoe purchases to be a source of joy and satisfaction. If you regret your purchase, we make the return process as hassle-free as possible. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items. If you wish to report a fault with an item, please contact us before returning it.
 
Return Conditions:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we receive the shoes. We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with Cashott. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it. You bear the risk for the items from the time when you receive them.
 
Requirements for Returned Items:
You are liable for any deterioration of the item's value resulting from unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's type, characteristics, and function. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store. The item must be returned in the original shoebox; otherwise, this will be considered a deterioration of the item.
 
Complaints:
If you have a complaint, please always contact Cashott before returning the item. Send an email to info@cashott.dk with the proof of purchase, a description of the complaint, and pictures of any faults or defects. We will then assess whether the complaint is justified.
