Prices
At CA'SHOTT A/S, all prices are in Euro and are indicated including VAT and duties. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to sold-out items.
Payment
CA'SHOTT A/S accepts payment with VisaDankort, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are in EURO, and incl. VAT.
Subject to price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Your package will be sent with GLS. The delivery of your package depends on the country you reside in; to see your specific conditions, you can read more HERE.
All shipments have a tracking number, which you will receive via email.
Please note that prices do not include import duties.
Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase, you must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving the item.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery.
Complete the return form enclosed with your order and include it with your returned item. If you have lost your return form, you can find it HERE. Then pack your items according to the described return procedure.

Partial Withdrawal Right
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items, even if they were included in one purchase order.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you cancel part of an order.
Condition of the Returned Goods
You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and function of the goods. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as if you were in a physical store, but you are not allowed to use it.
If the item has been used beyond what is described, we will consider it used, meaning that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund of the purchase price or no refund, depending on the marketable value of the returned item.
NOTE: The item must be returned in its original packaging. The shoebox MUST NOT be used as a shipping box. If the original packaging is missing or damaged, it will result in depreciation of the item, and we will deduct €6,60 from your refund.
Refund of Purchase Price
If you regret your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid to us. Any depreciation for which you are liable will be deducted from this purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date we receive the shoes.
We will make such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with Cashott.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods - unless you have provided evidence of having returned them.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time you have received them.
Warranty
There is a 2-year warranty according to the Sales of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. CA'SHOTT A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
